如何學習團體關係?

學習團體關係最好的方法是體驗式學習。團體關係研習會及由其衍生出來的工作坊是學習團體關係最好的管道。研習會是一個暫時性的組織。這個組織雖然壽命短,但卻具有類似於我們都熟悉的更大和更持久組織的特徵。像其他組織一樣,它有一項主要任務,即提供學習一般機構和組織本質的機會。它也像其他組織一樣由人組成,在不同的團體中相遇和工作,擔任不同的角色並完成各種任務。它被設計成使得其中發生的過程可以被持續細察。它的假設是,透過對經驗的檢視與詮釋,研習會成員會擴大和加深他們對自己組織及在其中所擔任的角色的了解。

Here is the Call for Proposals for the next Belgirate VIII meeting.

 

We look forward to receiving your proposal for a parallel presentation relating to the theme by the deadline of 30 December 2023.

Your proposal should outline your idea and be approximately two paragraphs, no longer than a page of A4 and be linked to the theme of the meeting. Please include a working title and co-authors.   

Please forward this Call around your network of Group Relations practitioners. The possibility of presenting and attending the meeting is open to everyone who has been on staff at a Group Relations conference. In addition, if you have a website we would appreciate it if you could add this to your news and/or display the details.
